Our Blueline® product is a structural solution suited to non-pressure applications (drainage)

such as stormwater pipes, sewer pipes, trade waste pipes, waste systems, vertical drain stacks, vent systems, sanitary systems, industrial pipes and chemical pipes.

Our Greenline® is also a structural pipe restoration solution, used for high pressure mains pipes, asbestos cement (AC), UPVC copper and steel pipes and potable water pipes.

Our Redline is a non-structural relining alternative for steel and copper pipes including compressed air systems, HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, chemical piping and water mains (pressurised pipes). It coats the inside of the damaged pipe and extends its performance and usable life significantly.

Pipe Relining Bendigo

WHAT IS PIPE RELINING?

Relining uses advanced composite resin technology to restore and renew aged broken, or corroded pipe systems to a 'better than new' condition without the need to excavate, remove or replace pipes.

For drainage repair solutions Nuflow® utilises a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) restoration process. This is a relining system which repairs and rehabilitates pipes by creating a pipe within a pipe. The epoxy liner installed to the pipe's interior will seal and protect the system from further deterioration, dramatically extending its life.

Nuflow® also offers an epoxy relining product for repairs to high pressure and potable (drinking) water pipes that require structural strength. These products have all been designed by our in-house chemical scientists and engineers, and meet international standards - giving you peace of mind

For pressurised pipe repairs that are not structural, Nuflow® offers an epoxy coating process. This is a non-invasive alternative to traditional pipe re-plumbing where the process completely coats the existing internal pipe system.

Nuflow® pipe relining is an economical and efficient alternative to traditional re-plumbing or dig and replace' methods.

CCTV PIPE INSPECTIONS

A CCTV pipe inspection is essential in assessing the extent and location of damaged pipes prior to carrying out pipe repairs.

It is also ideal for:.

  • pre-purchase inspections
  • pre-renovation pipe assessments
  • preventative maintenance and repair
  • investigations in aging properties.

PIPE CLEANING AND CLEARING

Nuflow® technicians are experts in blocked drain cleaning and clearing and have the right equipment to clear clogged pipes quickly and thoroughly.

We use a variety of methods including water jetting and specialised plumbing tools to ensure your pipe or drain is cleared and cleaned quickly and safely. Our cleaning and clearing equipment easily manage pipe blockages caused by:.

  • tree roots
  • faulty or damaged pipe work
  • oils, fats and hair sediment deposits
  • foreign objects.

PIPE RELINING

Nuflow® pipe relining systems are a highly effective method of repairing cracked, displaced, broken and corroded pipes. For pipes needing structural strength (i.e. beneath roads or driveways) a liner impregnated with the resins is pulled into place before being cured rock hard. With non-structural pipes (like water pipes in walls or ceilings) the resin is blown into the pipe to cure, forming a new pipe lining that will keep it operating successfully for years.

The Nuflow® Pipe Seal Solution

For drainage repair solutions, Nuflow® utilises a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) restoration process.

This relining process repairs and rehabilitates pipes by creating a ‘pipe within a pipe’. The installation of an epoxy liner seals and protects the system from further deterioration, dramatically extending its life.

With Nuflow® pipe relining, we also repair high pressure and potable (drinking) water pipes that require structural strength. These products have been designed and tested by our in-house chemical scientists and engineers, meeting international standards giving you peace of mind.

For pressurised pipe repairs that are not structural, Nuflow® offers an epoxy coating process. Pipe relining is a non-invasive alternative to traditional pipe re-plumbing where the process completely coats the existing internal pipe system.

LOAD-BEARING RELINING SOLUTION

SUMO SMART. SUMO STRONG

RELINING. REAL MUSCLE

WHERE LOAD-BEARING

CAPACITY IS CRITICAL.

SUMOLINE® is Nuflow’s strongest CIPP relining system. It has been specifically designed to structurally repair non-pressurised built infrastructure where load-bearing capacity is critical. SUMOLINE was developed for Australasian markets using the best of Australian and New Zealand engineering technology. It is manufactured, installed and guaranteed locally; which means

end-to-end solutions, faster response times and

easy resolution of issues.

Layers of fibre technology with advanced composites and epoxy resins are used to deliver fit-for-purpose repairs that have been custom-designed to suit the requirements of each job. This makes it ideal for repairs to load-bearing:

  • medium to large bore stormwater and

         sewer pipes

  • road and rail infrastructure
  • box culverts
  • manholes.

SUMOLINE creates a long-lasting, fully structural and incredibly strong pipe within a pipe without the need to dig, disrupt operations or disturb surrounding areas.

SUMOLINE.

Nuflow’s scientific, engineering and technical experts with in-house testing and production facilities has gained international recognition for delivering custom-designed, effective pipe-repair solutions without excavation in even the most challenging situations.

SUMOLINE was developed by Nuflow to cater to the needs of those responsible for the proactive and reactive management of medium to large bore load-bearing pipes and associated infrastructure.

The SUMOLINE liner is pulled into position accurately and then cured to create a new, stronger and more efficient pipe inside the old. This complete relining of the inner wall of damaged pipes and infrastructure is far superior to spot patching and comes with warranties of up to 50 years*. Like all Nuflow relining products, SUMOLINE is a significantly better solution for damaged pipes and culverts in terms of:

  • cost efficiency
  • time savings over replacement
  • fast response and installation times continuity of operations
  • reduced impact on associated infrastructure,
  • users or other stakeholders
  • minimising environmental impact.

SUMO SMART.

Designed by leading polymer and structural engineers, SUMOLINE complies with all manufacturing standards and can repair rounds (DN300 up to DN1800), box culverts, manholes, and similar applications.

SUMOLINE will not shrink, is permanently bonded to the host pipe and even has some capacity for curing under water. It creates smooth transitions over junctions and bends, and can be used for infrastructure of varying diameters, and in vertical, angled or horizontal pipes. The unique, thin profile of SUMOLINE combined with the seamless finish of the new lining usually results

in overall improvements to flow capacity, and the trenchless (no-dig) technology means repairs can be carried out with minimal environmental impact and no significant disruption to usual operations.

SUMO STRONG.

Nuflow’s SUMOLINE is able to achieve a flexural modulus of up to 8,000 MPa with a 8mm finished thickness utilising advanced composite design and 100% solids epoxy resin. It has the capacity to be adapted to suit various project specifications, enabling it to deliver optimum structural strength for each job. This ensures compliance with relevant design loadings for applications such as road and rail. Relined infrastructure will often have even greater strength than that of the original pipe.

Commercial Pipe Relining
